    In these one-on-one sessions, I’ll guide you through simple, practical tools to reconnect with yourself — including meditation, mindfulness, and grounded self-awareness practices. We’ll work together to help you reduce stress, navigate difficult situations, and build habits that support your nervous system and your well-being.

    These sessions blend quiet reflection with conversation — rooted in mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) principles, and a commitment to your emotional clarity and empowerment.

    Sessions are 1:1 via Zoom. Come as you are — messy, tired, unsure, or motivated. This is your space to pause, reflect, and re-center.

  • Mindful Eating: A Lunchtime Pause (50 min)

    Turn lunch into a moment of calm, connection, and nourishment.

    In this workplace-friendly session, your team will explore how mindfulness can transform even the most ordinary part of the day — lunch. Together, we’ll practice slowing down, tuning into the senses, and noticing how stress patterns show up around food and breaks.

    This session is both experiential and practical: we’ll eat together in real time (no special food required), using guided prompts to bring awareness to the act of eating and offer tools your team can carry into their everyday lunch routine.

  • Workplace Wellness Warriors

    A virtual support group for those working in a toxic workplace environment.

    Join our 6-week, 50-minute virtual support group designed to provide a safe and understanding space for individuals dealing with toxic work environments. In these sessions, we aim to offer practical strategies for managing stress, improving mental well-being, and fostering resilience. Participants can share experiences, discuss coping mechanisms, explore ways to assertively address workplace toxicity, or simply come and listen. Together, we will build a supportive and brave space to help you thrive despite challenging circumstances.

    We cap each group at 12 people to keep it supportive and personal. If fewer people join, that just means you’ll get more one-on-one time and a more intimate experience — so you get what you need, no matter the group size.
